Are you surprised after reading the 4 am morning routine? Let me tell you yes, it is the best morning routine you can follow for a healthy and happy life. First of all, If you want the best productive day you should start it at night. Good sleep is the key to a healthy and energetic morning. Waking up early is what our elders always want us to do. but why? is it not okay to get up at 9 am for a 10 am job? Well some of us just want to get up at 9:45 am for a 10 am job.

We all have our own favorites with reasons like some of us love to be an early riser and some of us just enjoy being a night owl. They do not find early rising so important or exciting. But, we who wake up early know the feeling and exciting adventures of the morning. The chirping birds, cold breeze, and shining sun bless us with a healthy and positive life.

The 8 benefits of early rising in your morning routine:-

Fresh start

Early rising is the best way to stay fresh after waking up and throughout the day. A fresh start is a feeling of having a complete day of your life to explore and give your best. The best part of having a new day is we get a new page to write whatever we want. We have experiences from the past and dream for tomorrow. Today we can implement our ideas to grow more.

Me time

Working, enjoying with friends and many other things we do in a day. Although we enjoy being surrounded by people, we also crave time. It is really important and the best gift you can give yourself spending time with yourself thinking and making your own decisions will make you confident, planning the to-do list for your day will make you organized, that will lead to happy you. You can do whatever you want to do with yourself. Talking, singing, dancing, reading, writing, self-care are some of the best examples I do.

Exercise

I feel like exercising in the morning is the best start for the day it is so obvious that we feel energetic and fresh, but it also helps us stay productive the entire day. Working out in the morning makes the blood flow towards all the muscles so good that we can feel the energy naturally. Stretched muscles will release our laziness and boost up our freshness.

Organized

Waking up late or just close to your office time creates so much stress of getting late and doing a lot of stuff in less time. You will be so disorganized and improper towards our goals. The most organized you will be the chances are more to get your goal successfully.

Productive day

To get a productive day you should always start with a plan to implement. It is very important that you should manage your time for everything. It will help you to be calm and productive throughout the day.

Positive mind

Waking up late and getting stressed about not having enough time and not being organized is so negative for our mind to start a day. Whereas, waking up early, being organized, self-care, and doing the stuff you love while enjoying it is so peaceful. It will calm your mind and create positive energy to stay productive and happy all day.

Energetic body

As soon as you wake up and leave the bed, you make your body ready to do the thing you have planned and listed on your to-dos. The more time you lay in your bed, the lazier you feel and

Less morbidity rate

Waking up early, exposing yourself to the fresh air, sunshine and a peaceful environment will reduce your blood pressure. Walking or exercising will lead to cure many of the harmful diseases.

My productive 4 am morning routine:-

Leaving your bed and waking up early is like eating bitter gourd for the first week then the exciting benefits of it are the reason I fell in love with waking up at 4 am. So, here I am sharing the things or the morning rituals I follow for a productive day.

I wake up at 4 am

I am now addicted to this routine of waking up at 4 am because I get a lot of time for myself with only me and no other distraction or distribution.

Making my bed

As soon as I wake up I make my bed because the urge to sleep again will not get a chance. Besides, I love cleaning and organizing my place. I find it peaceful.

Wash my face with cold water

I fill my mouth with cold water and smash water on my eyes and face. It refreshes my body and mind and helps me to wake up completely.

Brush my teeth to refresh

I do not like to take or drink something without brushing my teeth so, this morning ritual is really important for me as I have to drink water on an empty stomach.

Drinking a bottle of water

I drink about 1 bottle of water before I get bathed because I feel the water in an empty stomach cleanse my body from inside and strengthen my digestive system. However, I do not like to drink warm or any detox drinks. I also do not like to have tea or coffee so I just drink normal water.

Move straight to stretching

I stretch before I start exercising because it prevents injuries and it makes my muscles ready for the workout. Specifically, I love to practice Suryanamaskar’s steps for stretching. I feel it is the best way to stretch the muscles of your whole body. It usually takes 10–15 minutes to complete.

Favorite cardio skipping

I love skipping & jumping jacks so after I finish stretching I do stairs climbing, jumping jacks, and skipping for about 15–20 minutes.

Abs workout is important

I feel like my abdomen easily gets fatty so, I practice the abs workout daily for about 10 minutes. I prefer to watch and follow Chloe ting’s abs workout challenge on youtube and practice. It really works for me.

Meditation in the morning routine

Now, my most favorite and important step for everyone is to meditate for about 5 to 10 minutes a day. I usually meditate and chant the OM(Hindu mantra) for about 3 minutes and then I just close my eyes, sit quietly feeling the inhaling and exhaling of breath, the cold breeze, and listening to birds chirping. It is the most amazing feeling of my whole day.

Cleaning my place

As I mentioned cleaning and organizing are my things, I love cleaning home before I take showers. Cleaning is the best way to do physical activity and the results are beautiful to your body, your mind, and your place too.

Take cold shower

After cleaning I go straight under the shower and I love taking cold showers. It stimulates blood circulation of your body and gives freshness and energy after a tiring and sweaty workout.

Do not miss morning prayer

Prayer gives us the hope of life and fulfilling the dreams we have. It fills up the positivity in us to get energy for the entire day.

Add protein to breakfast in a morning routine

I prefer to have my breakfast around 7 am and mostly have proteins in my breakfast like boiled eggs of sprouts with some soaked dry fruits and seasonal fruit.

As a blogger, read and write

As a blogger, I feel the best time is to write the one when you are the most active and fresh. In the morning I usually make my rough notes and edit them before publishing in the afternoon.
