Sports are the competitive physical activity or games which are played by the participants and enjoy it. It is also entertainment for the viewers to watch sports. But, most importantly sports directly influence your health and fitness. There is a various kind of sports all over the world. We categorize sports into two types, they are:-

  1. Indoor sports — these are considered to the games which we play inside our home, any room, or under any roof. The games we play indoors are mainly beneficial to our mental health. The games we play indoor are chess, carom, ludo, etc.
  2. outdoor sports- The outdoor games include cricket, badminton, football, volleyball, etc. these games not only just influence the mental health but also physical health as we should do more physical activity and regular playing these games makes us stay fit.

Health and fitness are mainly based on the physical activity you do. Many people do practice various kinds of workouts to stay healthy and fit. And then some people play sports in which they have their physical activity and also have fun. Regular playing of games keeps you fit and healthy and also decrease many chances of getting ill or the possibilities of diseases.

Some tips and precaution you should know before you heading sports:-

  • Always wear safety measures to prevent injury
  • Wear a good pair of shoe to avoid injury or sprain and pressure on joints
  • Always do a warm-up before playing to avoid the chances of injury or sprain
  • Learn or take a guide from a good coach to avoid mistakes
  • Avoid playing when you are injured
  • Eat a balanced diet to get all the nutrition your body requires food
  • And most importantly, stay hydrated
