World’s thinking day: How thinking effect on health?

World’s thinking day is celebrated on 22nd February every year. Thinking effects directly not only on your mental but also physical health. Whatever an individual think in mind shows in their attitude and health.

If you think negative about everything all the time it will surely effect you badly. The thoughts like hopeless, lonely, anger or fear will discourage you and do not allow you to achieve success.

But if you think positively it will bring the strength of you out to achieve your dreams. Our mind and our thoughts put a major influence in our health as whatever we think our body believes it and function accordingly.

Thoughts like hope, trust, love are the key towards a happy, healthy, and successful life.

Here I have some tips to help you out to think positively:-

  • Focus on good things- Always think and mind good things, forget about negative things and always forgive others and do not fill the hate and negative thoughts in your mind. You will feel depress and sadness if you keep the negative thoughts in your mind. Conflicts and obstacles are the part of life you should face it and do not just be sad for it.
  • Make friends who also thinks and speak positive. They will always encourage you and do not let you fail in life. Positive people will help you to deal with the hard times and also to get out of it easily.

  • Practice meditation to clean all the negative thoughts from your mind. Meditation is the best key to gain a positive life. It will help you to know the worth of yours and also your strengths.   • Read and listen positive notes to delete the negative thoughts in your mind. Healthy habits to practice every morning

Thinking is the base of your life, as whatever you think will reflect in your life. Your health, attitude, behavior, activities will be according to your thoughts. So, think positively and live a happy and healthy life.
